Called on a Thursday because my tankless water heater was leaking. Spoke with Joni and the soonest opening they had was the next afternoon but they ended up finding a way to get me on the list and came out the following morning. They were prompt and flushed my tank, replaced 2 gaskets and even cleaned up the area before they left. So appreciative they were able to get me taken care of and at a reasonable price as well. Highly recommended.

Roy and Donovan did an excellent job! They are professional, thorough and courteous. Their communication with me through the project was outstanding along with their clean up. Thanks to both of the technicians and to Stewards Plumbing for their exceptional service!! My bathrooms look fantastic! 🤗

I was impressed with the professionalism of the men who came to do our water heater replacement. They clearly took pride in the quality of their work. They were courteous and willing to answer any questions. We also had them work on our radiant heating recently and have been very pleased with that.

I had a pipe come loose under the house- One company wanted to charge me 1200. I knew this seemed like a scam, I called Steward's...fixed for 354.00! Professional, great customer service. SO grateful!!

Nice honest people who do a good job. The only issue is if they leave before the job is complete - coming back the next day or whenever the scheduler is able to get them back - due to not having the right equipment, or having run out of time for that appointment slot. Try to make sure beforehand if that could be a possibility or for what reason, and how it can be avoided.

They came out and gave us a fair estimate and explained the problem, we are going to proceed with the repairs. James was great! He called when he was on his way to the store and they fixed the issue fast! Very knowledgeable and polite. We will definitely be using them again soon for all of my stores!

Roy and Donovan came out to fix a very old gas wall heater. The company I normally use didn't have anyone who could diagnose the problem, but Roy is an expert and he soon figured it out. He ordered an aftermarket part for me, installed it, and now the heater works like new. He took the time to give me tips for maintaining the heater in good condition. Both Roy and Donovan were friendly and courteous. I'm going with Steward's from now on.

The technician called and showed up at the start of the block of time that they quoted me. My toilet had an unusual flush valve that I hadn't seen before. The tech recognized it, knew where to get it, got it and had it installed in less than an hour. If I had tried to do this one myself, I most likely would have disassembled more than I needed to and spent the rest of the day and part of the next getting the part(s) and putting it back together again. The replacement process that I witnessed turned out to be shockingly simple since the technician had experience and knew what he was doing. The toilet worked fine after all was done. There was no mess to clean up afterwards. Going with Steward's was a great decision and it was a reasonable amount of money well spent.
